Re-Use Drop Down values for form fields and attributes

As a user needing to use the same drop down values across many different form templates and attributes, i would like to be able to clone the drop down values of an existing attribute (when creating an attribute) or a form field(when creating form fields) so I dont have to enter them over and over again.
