Search by Attribute

I want to hit a search button, select an attribute, type in a value, and get a set of results so I can see what assets fit a need for a certain job or work that i need to do. I would also like to search for a number attribute with a range ex: Find all assets with the inside diameter attribute where the range is 1 inch to 3 inches.
