Training and Onboarding
By default, users are able to view everything that was created or is owned by their organization. To make changes to those assets, create new ones, add a record of work, or generate certificates, the user must be licensed. For information on what licensing you need for your account or what your current licensing is, please contact your account manager.
For each licensed user, the rights can be restricted via permissions. For example, one user might need to add work to an asset but not create assets. An administrator might need to update the location of an asset but not create new ones.
To add licensing or change permissions, follow the steps below:
