    TESSALink Desktop - Creating a TestBench Form

    Log in to TESSALink Web using your username and password

    On the left side menu, go to “Forms” and click the “Form Templates” submenu

    In the top right corner, click the blue plus to create a new form

    Name the form whatever you normally name your pressure test or pull test. The “Report Title” will automatically be the same as the name, but you can change it if you want the form to be called something else when you generate the report

    Select the type of form this is. We have added a form type for “Testbench”, but it could also be “Certification”

    Add at least one tag that can be used when searching for this form

    Select the checkbox for “This template will be used to create Testbench forms”

    Add a new section via the blue plus on the right side

    Add 4 fields via the lower blue plus on the right side

    Name the section whatever you want to show up on the report

    For the first field, make the name (a) “Target Load”, make the field required (b), set the data type (c) to Text, and create the integration link (d) with name “TARGETLOAD”.

    For the second field, make the name “Peak Load”, make the field required, set the data type to Text, and create the integration link with name “PEAKLOAD”.

    For the third field, make the name “Test Type”, make the field required, set the data type to Text, and create the integration link with name “PROOFTESTTYPE”.

    For the fourth field, make the name “Target Load Hold Time”, make the field required, set the data type to Text, and create the integration link with name “TARGETLOADHOLDTIME”.

    This is the basic TestBench form. You can add more sections with other fields if you want more information in the report. A report generated from the basic TestBench form is below for reference.
