Attachment Labels (web)

What it is

Attachment labels are descriptive words or phrases that can be used to label an attachment.

Where I can find it

On the left hand menu, under “Asset Management”

Required licensing

Any account with an Asset Management license and the proper permissions

Use case

Attachment labels can be very useful when you will have multiple attachments on each asset, especially if they are named in a way that doesn’t describe them (such as naming them the date and asset number). Giving a label of “Wall Thickness Inspection” would make it much easier to sort through the attachments at that point.
