Asset Lists (web)

What it is

Asset lists are a way of organizing groups of assets into more permanent lists for manipulation. The web version allows you to add lists, remove them, and change the contents of the lists.

Where I can find it

Asset lists can be found on the Assets screen within the web app, at the top where it says “All Data”. When you click on that button, it will give a list of each of your Asset Lists.

Required licensing

Any account with an Asset Management license and the proper permissions

Use case

Asset lists can be especially helpful for people who do work on one or more groups of assets on a continual basis. For instance, if a worker inspects the same group of assets that get rented out on Monday and returned on Friday, it would be helpful to have that list be readily accessible instead of typing in each asset every week.
