    TESSALink Web - How to Create a New Customer

    1. Log-in using your username and password

    2. On the side menu select Asset management and a sub menu should drop down, and select Users

    3. From the Customers screen, select the plus button at the right of the screen. This button will take you to the page where you can enter the information for the new customer.

    4. From this screen enter Customer's information

    All fields with an * are required for creating a customer (Please enter a real email address as this email will be used to receive reports)

     

    5. Once all the correct information has been added, press the save button at the top right of the screen to save the new customer
