TessaLink has released the ability for one email to log you in to every account that you have access to. This is enabled by default, assuming that the same email address is used in each tenant.
For this example, Paul Lambert wants access to both "Paul Prod Account" and "Wally's Tenant" with a single email. He contacts the tenant admin of each company and asks them to add a user with his email to their tenants. To see the information, he follows the below steps:
1. Using Google Chrome, go to app.tessalink.com
2. Log in using the email address that is in both accounts
3. In the top left corner, check which tenant you're currently in. This will always be the tenant you were most recently in when you logged out.
4. You can access the information in this tenant as normal. The permissions that you have while looking at this information are dependent on the permissions given to this email in this tenant. So if paul@prod.com has permission to edit assets in Paul Prod Account, he can do that here.
5. To change tenants, click on your name in the top left. This will show you your current tenant, as well as the other tenants that you can access with this email. Click on the tenant you want to change to.
6. This will change you to the other tenant.
7. You can access the information in this tenant as normal. The permissions that you have while looking at this information are dependent on the permissions given to this email in this tenant. So if paul@prod.com has permission to edit assets in Paul Prod Account but not in Wally's Tenant, he will not be able to edit assets while here.
